Golf MK4 Fuel Gushing Out Filler Cap

Oh my god need help please

 

I got caught in a traffic jam for 2 and a half hours yesterday some guy pulled up in a bus and said there is petrol leaking out my car.

 

Check it and its being forced up and out the filler cap, any ideas much appreciated. Only got half a tank of fuel.

 

Its also only when my engine is running.

 

Please please help, very poor and need my car
