1990 G60 Supercharger Removal Stuck!

Hello

I was tying to remove the super charger yesterday when I tryed to remove the bolt next to the top charger belt cover, it was stuck.

I tryed and tryed but the hex keys just cant remove it anymore the

thread hold is out. what should I do to remove it? . also I cant remove the trannys plug to drain the shifter oil, I tried using an L tool, also stuck
