Swapping Front Bumpers

sorry to bother everyone ( :roll: again)

 

im putting on a RS4 Front Bumper on the front,the new rs4 bumper has the metalwork already attached ie front bumper mounts :wink:

 

but before i start attempting to take the original off and swap,i thought i would ask to see how easy it is to get the front (original) 16v front bumper off!

 

so advice,tricks,easiest ways/advice please let me know as ive never took one off before so dont want to break nowt :oops:
