Clifford Cliffnet Wizard - anybody got it??

As it says in the title really. I want to change a setting on my Clifford Concept 600 alarm which is a 'dealer setting'. My local dealer has taken the line - 'yes we can book you in but it will cost'. Anybody in the Heathrow area got Cliffnet and would be willing to let me use it for 10 minutes.
