Recommended Posts

ive heard that the handbrake cover in the C snaps off quite easily, ive done the search and seen why. but im woundering rather than replacing it with a new one or just glueing it back together, have any of you tried anything differant (eg making a leather item)?

any pics of what you done or think mit work welcome.

There's a leather trim that replaces the plastic one up on Ebay now and again. It looks quite neat from the pics but I've yet to hear from anybody who actually bought one of them!

I've recovered the whole of my centre console section in alcantara, including the hand brake surround (and now the gear stick surround). Recovering the handbrake surround holds it together nicely as well.

I've got one of those from E-Bay, together with a matching gear lever gaiter, damned good quality for the price
