Both the power wires from the stereo were connected to the switched live, I simply connected them up the right way. :lol:

I think its a definate on the ignition switch, did it cut off any more after you left?

The ignition switch wouldnt cause it to loose its memory though, just switch off and not come back on. :shock:

Didn't really switch off, just flickered slightly then it was fine.

 

Think a starter button may be on the cards.

 

Was talking to Graeme and i'm not gonna get the charger done at Jabba

TBH, if ure ignition switch is on the way out you would be as well just getting that sorted, a button would make the car easier to start but if the stereo is not coming on properly it wont help with that.

Besides, a Richbrook push start kit is about £35 and the switch can be done for under £50.
