vr6 running on 5 cyclinders for about 5 seconds

I have now replaced the coilpack with a brand new one and i have got to say my car has so much low end grunt all of a sudden it unbelievable. but a couple of weeks after fitting it the car runs on five cylinders for around 5 to 10 seconds first thing in the morning,

 

I don't think it is the ISV as that just causes a lumpy idle (which it has), the leads are new and so are the spark plugs.

 

anyone got any ideas, I may well plug the VAG.COM in but i dont have the activated version.

silly one, but are you absolutely sure all the plug leads are pushed into the head properly? May be just me but there such a flock ball ache it does my face in!

Yeah i did struggle plugging the leads back in but i am 90

Just checked the ignition leads and all are in fine. To be honest as this is only a problem in the morning i reckon it must be damp getting in somewhere, but the question is where?
