nah, bad idea mate, leave the mirrors on for safety`s sake- yours and everyone else`s, dont get drawn into silly mods that imo impair the functionality, :thumbleft:

Yes i know it just looks cool. Not completely sure about it yet? I thought about takeing the pasenger side one off and finding a small drivers side oem type replacement not sure how that will look though?

Deleting the wingmirrors could be a cool mod, but as gaz the geezer said, it's a bit of a danger, although having 1is better than having none :)

Other mods seem fine really, how about smoothing some of the swage lines? Like at the back beneath the lights?

Yes did think of that. But was worried that they would eventually crack with the way i drive some time's. Iam just playing with ideas at the mo and trying to get some opinions on my ideas? And maybe some suggestion's i could think about cheers.

But as many said - it is totally dangerous!!!

Last year I had to drive the car for a mile while I had no mirrors as they were being smoothed and painted. I've never had such a harrowing experiance. I almost sideswiped 2 people on a duel carriageway as I couldnt see them! and reversing I almost put it into a wall!

Don't do it, not only is it an MOT Failure, downright dangerous, if the old bill want to they could sieze your car for being in an unroadworthy condition. All they have to do if they pull you over is call in one of their qualified inspectors and he can have it taken away and have you proscecuted

Don't think i will do that then? dosn't sound worth it  As i said though just posting up a few ideas. And wanting some feed back of what you lot think, I do apreciate all the coments. How long do's it take to do the swage lines is it an easyish task i do like that look was scared of it cracking thats what put me off doing it. Any other comments sudgestions welcome

Thanks

Removing wing mirrors on a Corrado...? With a blind spot like that? No chance mate, I'd rather drive with my eyes duct taped shut. :D

take a look at this, it might help you achieve the look you want

without putting your rado....and you in danger

the ride belongs to a member of the CCC, no idea where he got the mirrors from though

My corrado wont be on the road for a while, So cant realy get it to a body shop to do the swage lines. Going to try doing the mods in my garage with a few handy friends of mine. So might be tricky but who nows might be able to pull it off??????
