The Hub 0 Posted June 7, 2006 After reading this thread, it makes me wonder why a "full VW service history" is a selling point when buying a VW???
big_chris1981 0 Posted June 7, 2006 if were gonna have a name and shame, id like to nominate citygate of high wycombe as the biggest crooks of them all. the first lupo gti i owned, they crashed, lied to me, and then tried to fill the aluminium wing on a brand new car with bodyfiller. then refused to give my money back.....and then found out that im not a particularly nice person..... NickVR6 0 Posted June 8, 2006 Nice one big Chris. Us brits allways git sh.t on, mainly because most including me roll over and take one in the council gritter. We dont complain or retaliate nearly enough. HUB - correct! personally id much rather see lots of specialist stamps in the history 10 times over a book of vag stamps, which is all it is nowadays! it used to be worth a lot, not anymore. Ive yet to see anything good from a dealer this way. The garage i work at however are very very deligent, because all there business now is loyal customers and word of mouth reccomendation. Although the dealer monkeys dont care about any of that, if it carries on it will burn the company in time.
