My storm badges

I am wondering weather to sell my Storm badges (inside and out) as my rado is a standard VR6 and were on there when I bought the car.

 

I quite like the fact that it fools quite a few people even with the wrong wheels and wrong shade of blue. But it does have the colour coded grill and leather. But I also know there quite rare and could be worth a bit.

 

Do I keep them on there or make a few quid, and if anyone is intrested let me know.

if they are I would watch the auction just to see how high in value they go.

Don't quite see the point of the question tbh.

 

They (if genuine) should to fetch a £100+ on Ebay.

 

So if you want £100+, put them on Ebay.

 

If you prefer not to have the money and like people thinking your car is a Storm, don't put them on Ebay.

How can you tell if they are real or not and whats the best way to remove the without scratching the paintwork.

they only came in mystic blue or classic green

How's that going to help identify them though Furks? They're stuck on his Aqua Blue C, but they could be genuine.

 

Have a look on Ebay - not so long ago there were stacks of fakes being sold.

 

Only real way to tell is to compare to a guaranteed original Storm badge...

dont the badges have a VAG marking on the back or a part no?

you can use dental floss to get them off

Yeh, dental floss is the way to go when removing badges :) Then get any residue off with some WD40, polish, warm soapy water or similar.
