I just fitted pin surrounds with led's from a mk 4 golf gti today, they look very nice and oe. just had to make the holes in the door cards a bit bigger, then i wired the led to my alarm, very easy. I used door pins from a polo, but i guess the golf ones fit too. i think new audi's have the same led door pin setup.

Good to see you have a solution because the corrado doesn't unlock when pulling the lever from inside like more modern cars!

 

Wouldn't like to be stuck in an accident!
