No problem Andy. May be a couple of days wait, as we've run out of crimps for the loom, so need to order them next week.

DIY or do you want me to fit it to your clocks? £50 or £65 respectively delivered. (you would need to send me your cluster if you want me to do it)

You'll need to use the tacho output from the Emerald as the shift light needs the rpm pulse to work, but it should work fine with that. Do you clocks currently work with the Emerald?

Yes and no! When fitting the 3rd and 4th LED, you need to drill out he blanks, so you might notice the difference. The first and second LED's just go in blanks that are replaceable. If you take the clocks apart, you will see what I'm talking about.

Right then my clocks look like they already have this kit installed, ie: there is an LED already there for nothing presumably in the holes 1 2 3 4, but obviously i assume it never came as a factory fitted extra lol.

Are all the clocks like this or should mine light up for something as i dont wanna remove something i may need, still again assume i wont as in 5 years i have never seen them do anything, same as LED 1 2.

Junkie, there shouldn't be any LED's in the four left most positions. I've never known any of them to have LED's already in them. Can you get a piccie up of what your clocks look like??

Also guys 'n' gals, if I get enough interest, I'll be doing another batch of these. Can you all stick you interest up in this thread, cheers :hitler: :dorky:

Here is a couple of pics of my clocks, clocks untouched, no shift light kit installed.

March 91 G60.

I only asked as yours was a 16v that you made the kit on.

Well, you have four LED blanks there. No problemo! Do you have the fitting instructions?

I do have them and they are really good instructions although i feel they could have done with a few more pictures as they seemed to miss a few steps.

So do i need to drill out 4 blanks then as you say just 2 previously, when you said blanks i thought you meant when you look at the clocks complete, some blanks are just that, blank and you need to drill the bit you see.

I may well re-do the instructions then and add some more piccies.

Yeah the two left hand LEDs have little plastic inserts that just pop out, but the right hand two are, as you say, blanks that need to be drilled out. :)
