vwdeviant 0 Posted July 27, 2006 My boot lock's stopped working when I removed the cover found this. Does any-one know part numbers for what i need (or psooibly have spares?) Shows broken part (bit that pivots on the left or the lock) Found in the bottom of the tailgate, I assume this links to the above and the central locking rod???? Supercharged 2 Posted July 28, 2006 Hmmm - yeah the rod connects to the part above and that pivots to lock / unlock but I'm not exactly sure whats broken without looking at my car and it's a bit dark now... It does look like there is metal sheered off in the first pic but could be just the flash... also the white bit on the pivot should plug into something...
