wilson 0 Posted August 11, 2006 I'm sure I'm missing something... In the haynes manual it looks like there should be a tube sticking up where the mixture screw is, mine is just a hole, and I'm sure there isn't a screw in there. difficult to see in there though. Henny 0 Posted August 11, 2006 some have a tube, some haven't and some have had it snapped off... There's an allen headed bolt down there (4mm IIRC) to adjust the mixture...
wilson 0 Posted August 11, 2006 There's an allen headed bolt down there (4mm IIRC) to adjust the mixture... bcstudent 0 Posted August 11, 2006 I believe it is a 3mm Allen head. Turn it clockwise to richen and anti-clockwise to lean.
wilson 0 Posted August 11, 2006 I believe it is a 3mm Allen head. Turn it clockwise to richen and anti-clockwise to lean. I tried 3mm after searching on here, but put it in the hole and it doesn't seem to locate anything, I've looked in the hole with a torch, and doesn't look like there is a screw there !!!
