Spark Plugs for 16v

So what are the best spark plugs to use in 9a engine 2L 16v? I've heard that NGK are bad, bosch are better, what about champion? I did a search and found that W5DPO or W6DPO are the best for the G60. Would these be good for a valver? I want to make sure I get some decent ones but most places seem to stock NGK which I've heard don't last long.

the bosch triple electrode ones from GSF etc.. are the right ones and only a couple of quid each, no benefit to using anything else unless you want to pay a fortune for long life platinum plugs, it's not exactly difficult to change the valver ones every 15K or so, so I'd stick to the cheap ones.
