Neil English 0 Posted October 27, 2006 Hello Does anybody know what the best glue would be for trimming my parcel shelf with leather?
Foggystorm 0 Posted October 27, 2006 carpet adhesive I would say (thats what I used to attach the fabric to my mdf parcel shelf) I guess it depends what the backing is on the leather (If any). Though tbh if your not sure what to stick it with it might be worth speaking to the proffesionals, as with leather you will need to stretch it right when you attach it to the shel, and if this isnt done right it will look poop

gsbellew 0 Posted October 27, 2006 The best glue for the job would be Bostik 1GA-186 its a heat resitant contact adhesive designed for applications such as this, we use it to stick leather to doorcards and alcantara to our Limousine headliners.
