ziderapple 0 Posted November 6, 2006 Called Cobra alarms today and explained that the rubber bit from the fob which goes onto the key ring had snapped(on both fobs now). A polite lady Said 'no problem sir' - took my name and address and said she'll pop a couple in the post for me. I know they probably cost less than a penny but it was so nice to have a quick, polite, no hassel and free service. Breath of fresh air!
