G60 engine n box into a 16V car

Hi all.

Well yesterday I dropped a massive folder of receipts n photos of the rebuild of my now dead G60.

 

So as I wait for an offer better than the £300 they tried last week I'll ask this question.

 

If I bought a 16v what is required to fit all my G60 powerplant in to the bay of the valver.

 

I realise the engine n box ect is easy. i'm more intrested in the electrics. Is the Valver loom ok? will my chipped ECU fit straight in?

1.8 16V is a bit more involved as they tended to have mechanical speedo so the wiring loom the dash is different as well as the engine loom... It's not impossible though, there's several people on here who have done it... 8)

i done this,was very easy,just use complete engine loom and use the g60 dash loom,then pm me and il give you instructions on how to wire it up so it all works.

Its only wire to change iirc
