Can I fix these speakers?

I have a pair of Boston Acoustics from the PO but they have the middle membrane pushed in.

Is that any cause for quality loss?

 

Does anyone have any tips on how I could pop it out?

The material is the same as the membrane itself, a hard cloth-like material.

hoover it out, slowley though!!

 

should not really effect the sound though. But it would look better with it fixed :)
