mk1g60 0 Posted December 16, 2006 well a few weeks ago you might have read that the mrs crashed my g60 into the back of her own polo (dont ask), knackering the wing and busting the headlight :roll: its gets worse, theres been a bit of a rattle under load coming from under the bonnet i thought it was waterpump on its way out but no its little end, so its an engine rebuild for me. happy xmas karl, just what i needed Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

mk1g60 0 Posted December 16, 2006 i might just take it off the road, buy a cheap old banger to drive around in for a bit. i was going to break it middle of next year anyway as the bodywork is very rough and i wanted the engine and brakes etc for my mk1 project. its only done 98k so im a bit surprised the engine has gone the way it has Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
