Can you oil/grease the fan?

Hi

 

The fan on the girlfriends G-plate valver is noisy after the engine is cut off, is it possible to lubricate/oil/grease the fan?

i had a noisey fan on mine....the only way i could see that i could get oil at the front bearing was to dunk the whole fan motor in a pot of duck oil for a few hrs

 

i then let it drain overnight and its been fine ever sinse (several years)
