Dub_nut_g60 0 Posted January 9, 2007 If i need owner details of vehicles at work to confirm owner etc.. i just write to the DVLA. Although as i contact them on behalf of a Trustee in Bankruptcy they have a duty to provide the information, so i dont know if the info is disclosed to general public, worth a punt though, worst they can do is say no!
