Do you know what offset your running on the wheels as the front looks perfect, its the look i had in my head how yours is now so i applaude you.

I think we will be seeing less of the stretched look next year or so.

I remember people in the "VW scene" 3 - 4 years ago slating the "Max brigade" for overwheeling their corsa/saxo etc by putting the 20's on, yet now in our scene people overwheel by going too wide just for the sake of it and then been forced into the stretched tyres, and for the people who stretch for the sake of stretching, come on it looks pants, 165 on 7's etc??? Why i ask myself. Just keep the wheels in proportion to the car it always looks best.

Apologies for the rant in your thread :D

i got them custom spec from image, as i told them iv got 312mm brakes and i had alot of room under the back arches, i do think you see more vws on bbs these days than a image rim.

Standard clear mate, you put the right look back into it with the silver wheels so to me it would be a step backwards putting yellow fogs on, keep it all clear and shiny throughout.

Jesus Christ!

Didn't realise how far you'd progressed with this one Ben!

Those new wheels look absolutely stunning mate.. much better than the D90s I reckon.

Since the old polo GT has gone.. I'm now also driving a 'Rado vr6.. strangely enough in classic green too!

How's Josh's GT going.....?

Josh (the guy that sold it to him ;) )

Yeah, not bad thanks matey. I think i called your dad to ask him about what he thought of the car and the price before I bought it!

She's had weitec coilies, debadged grille, all red rears etc. Just the small subtle stuff! I certainly wouldn't mind some wheels like yours though!

Hopefully I'll catch up with you soon at one of the brands meets or something. :)

Take it easy fella.

I have the Neuspeed 25mm bars on mine and find it can understeer ever so slightly, the rear is set to medium but i am going to adjust it to the stiffest setting, just wondering if you notice a difference with the rear top strut brace, thought about going the 28mm rear bar on mine, as you say though its nearly bang on mine just needs that little bit more.
