JMC 0 Posted February 23, 2007 I've seen loads of analogue voltmeters in cars, but has anyone here fitted a digital one?? Seem a nice one of the bay Clicky but I'd be intrigued to hear anyones opinions of analoge vs digital or even whether the find them useful.
mtc R32 0 Posted February 23, 2007 I had one on my Mk2 Golf when I was running serious hifi.... Needed to monitor the battery levels.... I wouldn't see the point otherwise :)
thetino 0 Posted February 27, 2007 I run a VDO analogue one in my G40. The ebay linked one seems big and obvious, not to my taste. Have seen plenty on digital round ones though, some which have an all black face when switched off. Far more tasteful than above.
smee 0 Posted February 28, 2007 What about the Duostyling guages that are built into a switch blank? I think Riley has one on his G60. http://www.duostyling.com/
JMC 0 Posted February 28, 2007 Yep, can understand the need for one in a car with a big stereo system. Probably not much use in mine then.....
