Warning light stays on for to long!

Hi a while ago my car got real hot and started to beep!

the oil light was flashing!

But now when i turn the ignition on there are 2 light flashing but the oil one dosent go off untill you start the engine!

Is that normal!

There is oil in the car and its not leaking from anywhere???

Yes it's perfectly normal.

 

The oil light tells you that there is low pressure. Without the engine running there isn't going to be any oil pressure.
