Critical_Mass 10 Posted April 28, 2007 Hi all, Where is the most likely places for the immobiliser to be positioned. Im having trouble pin-pointing it. I've looked all over- under the bonnet, taken the shelf out under the steering wheel the plastic covers either side next to each door (one has ABS ECU behind it). Ive taken the glove box out, taken the covers for the floor heater vents. Cant seem to find it. Ive trace the wire from the red LED in the dash, and it goes under the steering wheel and then joins the bundle of wires above the fuse box. Ive also traced the wire from the siren under the bonnet, which is positioned next to the coolant reservoir, the wire from the siren seems to go under the coolant reservoir and behind a metal shield, presumably through a gromit into the dash. Anyone know of anywhere i havnet looked and should? The remotes say Quantum on them, which i think is OEM (?). But havent got any instructions or anything with the car for it.
