STD DOOR POD SPEAKER SIZE

whats the biggest size component speakers i can run in my door pods,.?

 

i think my old ones are 13cm, dont reaqlly wanna take door card off then buy some new ones. rather just get some and fit them

5 1/4 " which is 13cm i think... you can't fit any bigger due to the way they mount...

Man get some audioscape pods in now.

 

What you looking for out of your system cos if your looking for mid bass your not going to get it from 13cm speakers.

 

Currently just running Focal K2 16.5 component kit ran off a Phoenix Gold 1000/2 channel amp and with the right tune you would think it has a sub in still but i have now taken it out.

its all done, cant be arsed to do the switches too lazy lol. will do when the retrim happens ;)

Just remember speakers need running in so try not to abuse them for too long and too much all at once. Give it a couple of weeks.

 

They should sound even better in 6 months time so you can be impressed even more.

IHIG60, yes i know, kts bloody hard though. 20 hours approx take me a couple of weeks
