mk1g60 0 Posted May 26, 2007 just got hold of a new handle off the bay but it has no lead on it for the central locking, is there any way of taking it off the old handle or am i going to have to get me one of those universal remote central locking kits and fitting that? still, at least i can get in drivers side now
M15 VW 0 Posted June 8, 2007 you cant take the wiring off. The only way is if there are any wires sticking out of the handle, you can solder the wires from your old broken handle on with the plug attached.

Supercharged 2 Posted June 9, 2007 There are Corrado handle''s available for cars without C/L - they are about £25 new but I don't think soldering is an option as they don't contain the switch unless this is part of the tumbler that you can swap for the old one...
