Coolant hose which and where?

A hose burst on my C the other night leaving up shit creak..

 

Its a '90 16v, and the hose is a 'T' shape at the front of the engine can anyone give me a part number and where to get it from?

 

I went to a local stealers yesterday and they listed 2 different types at 45 quid each but couldn't guarantee when they'd get one for - most unhelpful!

get to the breakers get one off a seat gti or golf gti???
