quicky1980 0 Posted June 19, 2007 Im doing a 5 stud to four stud conversion on my vr ive changed the hubs round so that i have 4 stud hubs in the vr hub housing, now i know that the vr's driveshaft splines are different to the 16v splines, so how do i get round this? are the 16v driveshafts the same length as the vr's so its a basic swap over? or do i need to swap over the 16v cv joint onto the vr's driveshaft? thanks Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

quicky1980 0 Posted July 13, 2007 right as no one helped me out with this i tried it out myself drivesahfts seem to be the same length, its the outer cv joints that make the difference between the vr and 16v. bearings are identical in size and shape Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
