Transferring ownership with Tracker

The C. I have just bought has Tracker fitted. I have been on their website and emailed them but they a seem a bit slow in getting back to me. Does anyone know if they charge a transfer of ownership fee or will I just have to start paying the subscription?

Mine got a Tracker on it, I'll be going through this myself shortly. I have all the paperwork and stuff so I'll let you know how I go about it
