minkeya 0 Posted July 4, 2007 Right I know this has been discussed many times before so im sorry to repeat!! I have a k&n panel filter for my 1.8 16v. Im gonna go down the "remove the snorkel" route rather than swiss cheese the airbox. Has anyone got any photos of this or some good advice to guide my along? dubcharger 0 Posted July 6, 2007 keep the snorkel m8, I got a sharp knife and opened up the small end up from 40 to 43mm, it made a good difference but with slightly less throttle response between idle and 2000 rpm Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
