KADVR6 0 Posted August 15, 2007 i have bought the tomtom maps collection on dvd, i have got all the info for spain onto the sandisk 2gb card. BUT when i turn the tomtom on, it just shows the red 2 hand tomtom start up screen?? and will not show any info at all?? it just freezes on that screen :( i'm flying on sunday, and really need to take the tomtom with me, anybody else had the same problem?? or willing to lend me a tomtom europe sd card that i will pay for :) cheers peeps. karl Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

JMC 0 Posted August 16, 2007 Probably not the news you wanted to hear, but shortly after I got my One it started doing that. In the end it went back to TomTom, but they couldn't fix it (!!) and Halfords gave me a new one. Took about a month to get it sorted though. Fingers crossed your problem is more easily fixed...
