vr6monkey 1 Posted August 21, 2007 Can anyone advise me on their experiences with the best tyre pressure for a set of Pirelli P-Zero Nero tyres 205 45 16 on a VR6 running 16"x7" rims for day to day driving? :D

vwdeviant 0 Posted August 21, 2007 erm i run 36psi front and 32 rear in 215 40 16's, not sure if that helps though! That explains why you have no fillings left! ran my 15's at "factory" pressures (36 empty.. 38 loaded!) for all of the time it took to drive from the air-line to a layby and deflate back to 30psi! I'd lost 3 teeth and one eyeball had popped out of it socket by then!
Jim Bowen 1 Posted August 21, 2007 doesn't the pressure want to be the same as standard/factory tyres?
steve @ 0 Posted August 21, 2007 Yep tyres size doesnt matter as its pounds square inch. Although with very low side walls a slightly lower pressure may be more comfortable
