lee 0 Posted November 11, 2003 just brought a 2.0l 16v and can hear a slight rattley noise when i stick my head under her hood. i think its coming from the right rear side of the engine? did read something on here about tensioners, but not too sure??? ive also found that like many other c owners my soonroof has a mind of its own, it wasnt working at all initially but a bit of fiddlin and i got here runnin like a beaut. BUT an hour later she packed up again! Now the sunroof opens an doesnt close, could this be a relay gone faulty on the motherboard?not reversin the polarity to the motor?? oits not just dirty runners as ive had the motor unit out so i could operate it without the cogs ingaged but the motor still wouldnt reverse?
