help car splatering

Hi all

 

Last night i fillled the car up with V power after about a mile down the road the car started splatering at low rev and felt like it wanted to cut out, but when you put your foot down a little its all ok

 

any ideas

maybe a coincidence but you may have got some water into your tank!
