corrado 16v 1.8 rear girling caliper

I have just purchased a 1.8 16v Corrado and on inspection of the vehicle I have discovered that the rear offside brake caliper is seized.I will staart looking for a replacement.Can anyone tell me if any other VW models are compatible as I may have problems locating this item for a corrado.
