Rimshot 0 Posted October 17, 2007 Hi. Another bafflingly simple subject on which I should have a very good idea but, shame on me, I haven't the foggiest! I sit up late at night after work wondering what width of wheel I could get away with on my corrado without looking not dissimilar to the type of person who wants wide wheels. Seriously though - What is the maximum size in width I could get away with, without having to stretch my tyres too much? Very near future plans include a 40mm drop and 17 inch rims. There is a variety of measurements for the wheels I want and wouldn't mind the wide boy look without getting stupid and reducing my steering lock to a half turn of the wheel.
