The very nature of a solid mount as opposed to an OE one is that it will transmit movement / vibration through the car to a greater extent than an OE mount which will soak up much of this.

When my mounts needed changing on my previous G60 I was advised to change all mounts as fitting one solid one in conjunction to worn originals was likely to throw up issues.

As the front mount is solid it will show up and wear the other mounts and the front crossmember bushes more, possible left mount gone or the engine just moves naturally that way now.

There is still some movement in the engine and it has to go somewhere else now the front is solid

As above - one shagged mount will put more strain on the others, also check the wiring to the lambda probe is ok (bolts to a bracket ontop of the rear engine mount) could also be the front mount brackets been ripped where it's welded...
