VRev6 0 Posted November 19, 2003 They also don't care where it's kept (garage/drive/road) or what security you have. They do pay out too, or so the Scoobynet mob say, even on the price of the mods if you have receipts and some other proof (photos/boxes etc) so you could have a £2k car with £15k of mods and claim the full £17k, who else does that? I don't think the scoobynet mob are quite telling the truth I've just been to Liverpool Victoria's website and the rules for them giving you a quote are as follows :- We cannot insure: Motor cycles, vans, pick ups, minibuses. Cars which have not been manufactured for the UK market e.g. Japanese imports. Cars which have performance enhancing modifications. :( Cars which are used abroad for more than 180 consecutive days. Cars which are in excess of £100,000 in value. Cars that are registered and normally kept outside of mainland United Kingdom, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Drivers outside the age range of 17 and 79. You, if you live in Northern Ireland. Non mainland UK residents.

I told to go and f*ck, still had to pay £25 administration costs for swapping it in the end. b4stards.
davidwatsonok 0 Posted November 19, 2003 VRev6 - Give LivVic a call and ask them about mods, the thing on the web is a standard disclaimer. As long as you inform them of the mods, they will agree to them and even list them on the schedule at no extra cost. Many have done, including me.
