Why is my scorpion alarm going off?

I brought my car with this alarm fitted, been fine for 2 weeks, but now when i press the alarm fob the car locks and alarms as normal, but after about 2 mins the alarm will sound. So at the moment im just locking the car with the key. Am i doing something wrong or is there a simple answer to solving this?

yeah probably sensor on door or bonnet isnt high enough....

I had this with a Cobra alarm a few years ago. What had happened was that the bonnet sensor had basically corroded and had fallen apart and was giving a false alarm.. it would just trip whenever it felt like it.

 

Might be worth just going round the car checking them all.. its probably the boot or bonnet one that is doing it..?
