Its as easy as any other car to roll the arches if you have the tools. Or you can grind the lip off but its kinda sketchy incase you go through.

I need to get my arches rolled to fit my latest wheels on but haven't got round to sorting it yet. Got some silly quotes off body shops though, so best hope you know someone who knows someone.

Dont grind the lip off whatever you do!.

Thats the bodgers way of doing it.

The lip has spot welds all the way round its circumference joining the inner and outer arch together,

Grind these welds away and you will let the shell flex due tothe inner and outer arches not being joined anymore and this is a monocoque chassis...

Its also Technically an MOT fail...........

is rolling the arches the same as bending them up

was gonna try that with heat gun and some pliers

yes basically there is a roller on a arm that bolts to the hubs that pushes the lip back a small amount with each pass ,if you use pliers its going to mark or kink the wing if your not very carefull , if your going to do any thing it would be a nylon hammer and to it small amount at a time i have done this in the past but take your time and dress the lip little amounts as evenly as possible but you may still split the paint

good luck
