Longer Radius Seat Wheel Bolts (M12x1.5x38mm)

Anyone know of suppliers for these, basically want same as OE VW Bolts but 15mm longer for use with spacers on VW wheels...

 

Some on eBay but none of the suppliers seem to know what strength grade they are which is worrying!

 

Searching on CGTI says 'www.trackstore.co.uk' but they don't seem to exist now...
