Looks great - red cars go faster too!

I think I may have sat behind you briefly on the M1 last year when I was driving through past Sheffield at night. I pulled alongside then behind out of respect in my white VR. Was it you?

If you resized them in photobucket after trying to upload them originally on here and they were too big, resize them to 800 x 640 i think it is, then use the bottom IMG tag in photobucket to post them up.

cheers mate , im thinkin about a gt28rs or the gt30rs , what would u suggest

Depends really. What is the spec of the block and do you have a target output?

well the block has been totally re-built , every part is new and most uprated e.g

block all re-ground slightly bigger

forged pistons

better rods to handle the power

arp's all round

ported and polished head with performance cams and pulleys ,

performance clutch

20vt short runner inlet

bigger injectors

20vt fuel rail

tubular manifold

megasquirt

theres a bit more but without the big binder of info i carnt remember .

im hoping to reach the 300-350 bhp mark, what u recon u know loads more than me

Hmmm, is a 1.8 or 2.0 block? If you've uprated the rods and pistons etc, with the right turbo you'll easily get that power. As far as turbo is concerned I would think the GT28 would do, but if you are buying new, when you spec the turbo, consider smaller A/R on the hotside which would give you quicker spool.

Looking good mate.

I really should get some pics of my 16vT and put them on here.

Only thing I don't like about it the 16vT conversion is coz it is a 16v nothing really happens until higher revs, but then alot of things happen.
