VR6Charger 0 Posted April 9, 2008 I'm looking to fit a set of porsche wheels to my corrado VR6.For a start there 5x130 so I know I need an addaptor to 5x100.The problem is i'm not sure about the offset of the wheels. The front are 8 x 16 ET 23 and the rears are 9 x 16 ET 14 Does anyone know if I have a chance of fitting these wheels or will they be hanging past my arches? Any help is greatly appreciated. chimo 0 Posted April 9, 2008 ... thought Porsche offset was in the 52ish range... usually need 20-25mm adaptors to fit em...
paul20v 0 Posted April 9, 2008 hi if them offsets are right they will be hanging past the wheel arches with out another 20mm of adapter plates , especially the rear most of the porka wheels have a high offset as already mentioned so the adapters put the wheels in the right place a rear on a 7.5" with a 25mm offset will sit at the edge of the arch especially on a vr as the have a slightly wider rear track to start with so in answer to your question they will stick out like a monster truck :D
