kaiserVR6 0 Posted April 21, 2008 Morning all...... Right i need a bit off advice. My sunroof a) doesnt work and b) leaks And the i am planning on getting the car sprayed, so i have had i thought. Nearly everyone i know has a problem with the C sunroof at some point, and instead of fixing it up i was thinking of getting a moonroof and bonding it in the hole, then retrimming the headling. Does anyone have any kind of advice on this one......... The second problem is there is a pretty bad rust patch on the roof which needsa sorting so i think the order in which to do this is going to be 1) Remove current sunroof and mechnism including the full headling 2) Treat the rust, bare it back and get it ready for spray 3) Check the fit of the moon roof 4) Send the car to be sprayed 5) Car returns and fit the moonroof and retrim the headling. :gag: My thoughts so far as this will look all right but i am just having trouble figuring out the best way to bond the roof in....... :help: !!!!!!!!!!! :| :| :| Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
