Hello to you all. I thought it was time to show my Corrado, Heres whats happened so far..........................

So ive gone and done it now. The sensible 80 tdi estate has gone to pastures new (well my mates house!). Bloody miss that car.

And ive bought my best mates Corrado. Had to go down to Plymouth to fetch it. Had a great piss up (cheers mate) and then headed back up the country home the next day.

The car had been stood for about eight months so first job (after sorting the split rad) was to wash the green mould off it from under the mirrors. Gave it a good tcut and then i could really appreiciate the state of the body. Not great was the result. Need a passerger door as this one is a little bent and a quite a few bits of trim missing from inside and out. No worries though, should keep me busy. Still mates after this so need to sort a piss up out this way if ya reading this mate.

I love it though, totally different :D

Found these on another vw forum  . So as i was about to bid on some porsche wheels on ebay, was straight on the phone and a deal was struck. DSC00636.jpg

Was a bit worried about the et13 offset but seem to fit fine. Not bbs as well which is a nice change.

Decided on 175/55r15 for the rubber. Should be ok for everyday use but still have a little stretch.

Well done for being brave enough to try something different, looks like it has paid off for you.

White corrados are growing on me more and more keep the pics coming when you have made some more progress.

Cheers for the coments. I would love red rears and am on the look for a pair, really wanted old skool m3 style non crystal type but it seems no one does them :( Now have coilovers, a pair of kr cams, decat pipe and 50mm inlets to fit. How much of a difference does this make?
