Rear wing problem :(

Recommended Posts

Hi folks, i've been reading past posts on here regarding the automated rear wing/spoiler problems, mine works off the manual switch but doesn't come up automatically, tried another module & still doesn't work, so looked into the previous owner/s botched wiring & from what i've read on here, it all comes down to a blue & white wire!

Now on removing my stereo, there is 1 blue & white wire that i think is for the power aerial, thats the one connected into my stereo loom, but there is also another blue & grey'ish wire in there thats been snipped off & doesn't seem to go anywhere, if this is the wire that i need to activate my automated rear wing, then where exactly does this wire go?

I am guessing it should be connected to a wire or plug maybe behind the fusebox somewhere, i am guessing the other end of this blue/grey'ish wire should be hanging around somewhere so i can join them back up again?

Has anyone else had & maybe cured this problem?

Cheers People :D

Hey dude i share exactly the same problem!!

Mine works fine manually and comes down automatically, but doesn't go up! Have you managed to sort your problem out? My blue/white wire is snipped just before the headunit loom and is not connected to anything lol?!

Ye i got this problem too, there are at least two blue/white wires behind the sterio, one of which is snipped. The manual switch works but not the auto!
