praise b the LOweReD 0 Posted May 14, 2008 bonnet cable wont release on drivers side .. other side still lifting .. ive now snapped the end of cable from tugging on it for last few hours.... any easy ways to open .. basically my battery has gone flat .. so need to open bonnet to jump start her .. tried bumping etc ..no joy .. in a real pickle guys .. ill have to buy a new cable.. so yet more money going into a car i cant sell....
