i found the fault!!

hi guys remember i had a noise after i put the cams in my 9a ..........

 

well after a bit of time i finally got round to taking the sump of to day and found the results were satisfactory, well in a way of that i found the fault anyway not it the way my wallet sayslol :tongue:

 

number 2 shell had broken up into two pieces and had turned bronze soooooo i need new ones greatttttt

lol il get the pics up

 

the crank was not damaged niether were the thrush washers or main bearings soo ina a way i cought it early.

 

just gota pay out 40 quid for a set of shells!!

i know as i am too.

 

im just in a hoping way of mind that it will be ok other wise i shall be lloking for a new engine or crank out to get skimmed

 

and lightwieght :D

id rather not tho, if i had of left it a week more it would of gone through the block no worries :D
